Specific deliverables and timelines are agreed upon in individual project proposals.

3. Payment Terms

  • Payment terms are specified in each project proposal
  • Deposits are typically required before work commences
  • Invoices are payable within 14 days unless otherwise agreed
  • Late payments may incur additional fees

4. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment:

  • You own the final deliverables created specifically for your project
  • We retain rights to underlying tools, templates, and methodologies
  • We may showcase completed work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed

5. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate information and timely feedback
  • Ensure you have rights to any content you provide
  • Maintain backups of your own data
  • Comply with all applicable laws in using our services

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Physical Bytes Pty Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate a project with written notice. Upon termination:

  • Payment is due for all work completed to date
  • Completed deliverables will be transferred upon payment
  • Deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Victoria.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
